Meeting to present the updated portfolio of the Africa Investment Forum

The founding and institutional partners of the Africa Investment Forum are organising a videoconference meeting on Zoom on 24 February 2022 from 13:00 to 14:05 (Paris time).
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has been terrible for Africa. In response, the Africa Investment Financial, which is Africa's investment marketplace, decided to invest in five areas
- agriculture and agri-food,
- energy,
- health,
- ICT and telecoms,
- industry,
- trade.
The continent's resilience and capacity to bounce back has given confidence to investors to arm the continent against potential future shocks. Africa is funded by the African Development Bank, Africa 50, the African Finance Corporation, the African Export-Import Bank, the Development Bank of Southern Africa, the Trade and Development Bank, the European Investment Bank and the Islamic Development Bank and launched in 2018. Its aim is to address the lack of quality infrastructure on the African continent. Since its creation, several billion dollars have been raised to create tailored solutions.
